Your home, like your car, should have regular maintenance. Like changing your cars oil every 3-5 thousand miles, your furnace filter should be changed every 2-3 months and your water filter every 50-100 thousand gallons(once or twice a year, depending on use).

In Spring we offer things like:
Pressure Washing you decks, porches, docks, etc. to get all that spring pollen cleaned off and ready for the season.
Taking out the deck furniture / uncover and clean.
Spring cleaning: Before you come into town, let us give your home a once over. Making sure your home doesn’t smell or feel stagnant when you get into town.
In the Fall we offer things like:
Putting away all your deck furniture and getting everything covered for winter.
Fall Cleaning: Once you are done for the season, let us give your home a solid cleaning, ensuring your home is in tip-top shape for your winter holiday visits.
Security
We offer regular checkups to ensure the security of your home. Our services include inspecting the exterior, doors, windows, and interior—whatever you need. Whether you require an assessment after a storm, deep freeze, or power outage, we’re here to help. Your home's safety and security are important, and we can assist in maintaining them.
These services can range from a quick walk around the perimeter to a detailed interior inspection. We can either arrange a schedule that suits your needs, be it weekly, monthly, or otherwise, or we can go when you need us. Prices will vary according to your needs.
Please note that we are not a 24/7 on-call home maintenance or security company. Our staff operates during regular business hours. While you can contact us for urgent matters, in case of an emergency, immediate assistance may not always be available.
Outside
Seasonally, we offer Lawn Care, Plowing, Salting, and Shoveling. We have partnered with a local company that loves the lake as much as we do. They do great work and we would be happy to set you up with them for all of your outdoor needs.
